Specifically, videos offered for sale by me (us) are done so at my (our) risk and that to the best of my (our) knowledge, the films sold are public domain, legally licensed, or self-copyrighted and are under no copyright infringement to outside parties.

I (we) further agree that any expenses resulting from litigation due to past or present video sales by my (our) company and its advertising published in Outré and/or Filmfax Magazine(s), is the sole responsibility of my (our) company.
